You will collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define system architecture, make thoughtful trade-offs, and contribute to a shared technical vision.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical areas, lead design reviews, and be a hands-on contributor throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll also help elevate engineering quality across the team by mentoring peers, advocating for best practices, and contributing to process and tooling improvements.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in distributed systems, experience building infrastructure platforms, and a passion for tackling open-ended problems with pragmatism and creativity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience in greenfield or large-scale systems design.
  • Strong background in distributed systems, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing high-scale, reliable systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud-native design patterns, CI/CD, service observability, and API development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, and an understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
