Communications Specialist

• The Communications Specialist will support executive and board-level communications by developing strategic presentations, executive narratives, and leadership messaging.
• The role requires strong storytelling, executive presentation development, stakeholder management, and visual communication skills to support senior leadership, technology initiatives, and enterprise transformation programs.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, management consulting communications, or presentation specialist roles.
• Proven experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and written narratives for CFO and Board-level audiences.
• Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical or operational information for executive stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Experience:

• Experience supporting executive leadership, CIO staff, or senior management communications.
• Experience developing board presentations, quarterly business reviews, and executive pre-read materials.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology strategy, risk/compliance, audit, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing executive communication operations, version control, and presentation repositories.
• Experience creating executive storyboards, summary-driven presentations, and leadership messaging frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop executive and board-level presentations communicating strategy, investment cases, operating metrics, risk posture, and business outcomes.
• Create executive-ready narratives with concise, summary-first storytelling approaches.
• Partner with IT leaders, program managers, and compliance stakeholders to refine messaging and executive communication content.
• Translate technical concepts into clear and engaging executive-level communication.
• Develop presentation outlines and content structures aligned with leadership meeting objectives.
• Produce polished, visually effective, and executive-standard presentation materials.
• Ensure presentations are optimized for live executive meetings and decision-making discussions.
• Support executive communication operations including pre-reads, deck preparation, version control, and archival management.
• Maintain communication templates, reusable assets, and executive presentation repositories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Audit, Finance, Compliance, and Data Governance teams.

Should Have:

• Experience supporting technology strategy and enterprise transformation communications.
• Familiarity with executive meeting processes and leadership operating rhythms.
• Experience creating executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting structures.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
