Position Overview
PruTech is seeking a Marketing Director who can define and execute our brand and growth strategy while owning the visual identity and design of all marketing assets. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can think strategically, tell compelling stories, and bring them to life through high-quality design. As a part of a lean, high-impact design team, this role is responsible for both creating design assets and leading, mentoring, and managing junior designers.
What You Will Own
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PruTech s growth goals
Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for key offerings (AI, cloud, Salesforce, government solutions)
Partner with executive leadership and business development teams on pursuit strategies, campaigns, and market expansion
Manage marketing calendar, campaigns, and performance metrics (KPIs, ROI tracking)
Design and Creative Execution
Serve as a hands-on designer responsible for creating high-quality, client-ready materials
Oversee off-shore/near-shore design resources in the execution of all design assets
Lead the design and production of all marketing assets, including:
o Proposals
o Brochures
o Placemats
o One-pagers
o PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
o Website designs and digital assets
o Social media content and communications
Event Material and Management
Event and conference materials
Ensure consistent branding, visual identity, and messaging across all deliverables
Rapidly produce high-quality, client-ready materials under tight deadlines
Content & Brand Development
Create compelling content including:
o Capability statements, case studies, and whitepapers
o Website content and thought leadership pieces
o Social media and campaign messaging
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives for government audiences
Business Development Support
Support RFP/RFI responses with branded, high-impact deliverables
Collaborate with proposal teams to enhance win themes and visual storytelling
Develop reusable templates and assets to improve proposal efficiency and quality
Website and Social Media
Oversee website updates, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives
Manage social media presence and targeted campaigns
Track analytics and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation
Required Qualifications
8 12+ years of experience in marketing
Proven ability to both lead strategy and execute design work hands-on
Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
Strong PowerPoint and proposal design expertise
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Experience supporting RFP responses, government proposals, or consulting firms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborate with near shore and off-shore designers and marketing personnel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master s preferred)
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the tech sector
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, content marketing, and demand generation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
