Summary

Requirements:
  • 10 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM 9.2 enterprise system architecture.
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and SQR programming.
  • Experience with Oracle 11 or higher, SQL development, and PS Query.
  • Experience in IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM for secure integrations.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.
  • Experience in WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance and ITIL service management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the security framework and least-privilege models for enterprise resource platforms.
  • Implement identity management workflows including account lifecycle provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Architect and configure system modifications to ensure accurate data processing and efficient performance.
  • Resolve high-complexity technical incidents and enhancement requests through second-level support.
  • Execute system audits and SOC-1 attestations to validate internal controls and data privacy.
  • Remediate digital products and content to align with international web accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate with managed service vendors to facilitate system upgrades, disaster recovery, and software deployments.
