Business Analyst with hands-on Active Directory (AD) experience to join our team. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, focusing on identity management, access governance, and process optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with a solid understanding of Active Directory structures, permissions, and security best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or standardization.
- Support project planning, documentation, and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Active Directory & Identity Management- Work closely with IT teams to manage and optimize Active Directory objects, including users, groups, OUs, and security roles.
- Assist in defining and implementing access control policies, role-based access models, and identity governance processes.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and security initiatives related to identity and access management (IAM).
- Troubleshoot AD-related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Project Support & Implementation- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects involving AD or related platforms.
- Conduct impact assessments and support testing activities (UAT, regression, validation).
- Develop documentation, training materials, and process guides for end users and internal teams.
