Role: Corporate Learning & Development Specialist Job Location: McLean, VA Duration: 6 Months Work Model: Remote Interview: MS Teams Video Education: Bachelor's Degree

20 hours per week.

Facilitator Leadership & Professional Development
leadership training, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, performance & development.
Facilitate leadership and professional development programs with professionalism, energy, and credibility for all levels of leadership.
Strong grasp of adult learning principles and leadership development frameworks.
Comfortable facilitating sessions of up to ~40 participants regularly
Initial Meet & Greet & Presentation round.
Fluency on Zoom and MS Teams as training platforms.
