Summary

Location: Baltimore, MD Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $185,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Architect

Job Responsibilities:

Design and lead Salesforce architecture across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Define architecture standards, data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and development best practices.
Lead integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and third-party platforms.
Create architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams.
Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
Identify technical debt, platform risks, and recommend long-term improvements.

Must Have/Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Architecture Lead.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, automation, platform limits, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and integration design.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, or enterprise integrations.
Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or other regulated industries.
Experience working with Agile teams and leading distributed development teams.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
