Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of ServiceNow components, including:
  • Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Service Catalogs
  • Incident, Change, and Problem Management
  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Demand Management
  • Manage and oversee integrations with third-party applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless interoperability.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across ServiceNow teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with banking/financial industry regulations and internal policies related to IT service management and data governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow delivery projects, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: CSDM, Service Catalogs, Incident/Change/Problem Management, CMDB, Demand, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience with third-party application integrations and API management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry (e.g., SOX, GDPR, FFIEC).
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
  • Agile/Scrum project management experience is a plus.
