Position: UKG (Kronos) Consultant
Location: Irvine, CA Onsite (5 days/week)
Duration: 1+ Year

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced UKG (Kronos) Consultant with strong expertise in Kronos applications to lead implementation, development, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of workforce management processes and proven experience working with stakeholders across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage implementation, development, and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD applications
Provide functional expertise in key modules including timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities
Design, develop, and manage integrations using WIM for WFC and WFR, along with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi
Ensure effective workforce management processes including:

Accruals and leave management
Attendance tracking and compliance monitoring
Overtime management and schedule optimization
Employee self-service and work authorization
Activity tracking for productivity, utilization, and incentive pay

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience
At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR implementation, development, and support
Strong functional knowledge of workforce management disciplines
Experience with interface development and integration tools (e.g., WIM, Dell Boomi)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
