Responsibilities
Gather| analyze| and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create functional specifications| user stories| and acceptance criteria Collaborate with product owners| developers| and QA teams to ensure alignment.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability.
Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS| BRD| API docs| user manuals).
Maintain documentation standards and version control.
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
Create diagrams| workflows| and process maps using tools like Visio| Lucidchart| or similar.
