Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Job description:

Role requires

Availability during client business hours (ET), execution of changes during off-hours maintenance windows, and participation in on-call rotation.

On-site or offshore acceptable

Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and tune Oracle databases (12c/19c+) across production and non-production environments

Manage backup/recovery (RMAN), high availability (Data Guard, RAC), and patching/upgrades

Execute changes during off-hours maintenance windows

Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident/root-cause resolution

Support application teams with schema changes, refreshes, and release activities

Maintain secunty. access controls, and audit compliance Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

8+ years of Oracle DBA experience in enterprise environments

Strong RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, and performance tuning expertise

MySQL administration experience preferred

Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience a plus.
