We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting post go-live activities, As a key member of our HCM implementation and support team, you will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining and streamlining payroll processing, managing year-end payroll activities, payroll tax calculations, processing payroll, integrating Payroll and Vertex, handling payroll journal entries, and reconciling payroll with GL.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, specifically related to Payroll
• Experience configuring timesheets, absence management, and payroll processes.
• Ability to coordinate with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prior experience with post-go-live support and user training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Support post go-live activities related to Oracle HCM Payroll, including troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day payroll issues.
• Streamline payroll processing and optimize payroll workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage year-end payroll activities such as W-2 processing, tax form generation, and reporting.
• Perform payroll tax calculations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Integrate Payroll and Vertex for seamless tax processing and reporting.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries to the general ledger (GL) system.
