We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive strategy across three major programs: Pro Tax Online, Tax Assist, and Supernova (integration initiatives). In this role, you will partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver complex, large-scale initiatives that impact customers and business growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background paired with exceptional executive presence, capable of presenting to large audiences and influencing leaders at the VP level and above. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, align stakeholders across organizations, and ensure programs are executed with rigor and precision.

<>Duties and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for multiple large-scale initiatives.
Drive alignment across product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure programs stay on track, on time, and within budget.
Present strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and executive audiences.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve program issues.
Promote execution excellence and rigor across distributed teams.

<>Required Experience & Skills

8+ years of technical program or project management experience.
Strong technical knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle.
Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with VP and C-suite executives.
Skilled in Agile methodologies and program execution at scale.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex initiatives.

<>Nice-to-Haves

Experience with AI/ML technologies or data-driven products.
Technical background in engineering or product development.
Industry experience in technology, SaaS, or software product organizations.

<>Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

<>Interview Process

First Round: 30–45 minutes with hiring manager.
Second Round: 60–90 minutes with panel, focusing on executive presence and technical domain expertise.

<>Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite in Plano, TX.
Monday and Friday remote.
