Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer (.NET / React) to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative focused on building and enhancing cloud-based applications, data platforms, and user-facing systems. This fully remote position pays up ~$110K with very comprehensive benefits.

• This is a fully remote position WITHIN THE UNITED STATES; candidates must live and work within the United States.
• Candidates must be s or US Permanent Residents. No exceptions.
• This position requires a Public Trust. To qualify, you must have lived in the US or a US territory continuously for the last three (3) years. Note: military and Government employee exemptions apply; please make me aware.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Design and implement full-stack features across UI, API, and data layers
• Work with SQL/PostgreSQL databases to support application functionality and performance
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Support application deployment and operations within Amazon Web Services or similar cloud environments
• Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices to ensure high-quality, secure releases
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ongoing system and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• This government contract requires or US Permanent Resident status. No exceptions.
• No fewer than 3 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong, recent experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core) for backend development
• Experience building REST APIs and backend business logic
• Experience with front-end development using React and TypeScript (or similar frameworks)
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Ability to contribute across both front-end and back-end development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native application development and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure coding practices
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Exposure to Java or Python environments (nice to have, not primary stack)
• Experience supporting modernization or migration initiatives in enterprise environments
