Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution for SAP Ariba implementations
Define, document, and manage UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
Translate client-defined Ariba processes into clear, business-friendly UAT scripts
Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and other business teams
Prepare business users for UAT through training, walkthroughs, and documentation
Support test execution, defect logging, triage, and retesting cycles
Ensure proper coverage of end-to-end procurement and sourcing workflows
Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams during UAT
Provide support during hypercare phase, including issue resolution and process clarifications
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements post go-live

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with SAP Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management)
Proven track record of leading UAT cycles in large-scale implementations
Expertise in test planning, test case design, and defect management
Solid understanding of procurement and finance business processes
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly test scripts

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in end-to-end Ariba implementations or rollouts
Familiarity with integration between SAP Ariba and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA)
Exposure to test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
Experience supporting hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
