Role Overview

The client is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to support banking and lending initiatives, focusing on central asset account capabilities and money movement processes. This role involves working across cross-functional teams to define requirements and enable development through clear user stories.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams
Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure requirement alignment
Develop templates and frameworks for requirement documentation
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions
Support UAT testing and validation processes

Banking domain experience (checking accounts, custodial/pass-through accounts) 7+ years
Money movement (fund flows, transaction processing, settlement) 5+ years
