About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotics Testing (CRT) to drive automation testing initiatives for enterprise applications, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration, and maintaining high-quality delivery standards across releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotics Testing (CRT)
Build and enhance automation frameworks for Salesforce and enterprise applications
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Copado
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements
Execute API testing and validate integrations across systems
Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement of QA processes
Participate in release planning and support deployment validation

Required Skills

Strong experience with Copado Robotics Testing (CRT)
Expertise in Test Automation frameworks and tools
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Copado
Strong knowledge of API Testing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and deployments
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
