About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Drive Test Engineer to support RF drive testing and data collection activities across multiple site locations in Santa Cruz, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TEMS and RF drive testing, along with the flexibility to travel frequently between different sites.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Drive Test Engineer.
TEMS experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience performing RF drive testing and data collection.
Experience setting up and configuring drive test equipment and testing environments.
Ability to follow established test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Experience setting up and operating scanners, test phones, and drive test kits.
Ability to perform log file and test report sanity checks.
Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently to different site locations.
Strong understanding of RF drive test procedures and data collection methodologies.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with post-processing of drive test data.
Experience preparing drive test reports and test summaries.
Familiarity with RF performance measurements and troubleshooting.
Experience working independently in field-based testing environments.

What You Will Be Doing

Perform RF drive tests and collect network performance data.
Set up and configure drive test equipment, scanners, phones, and testing kits.
Execute testing based on defined scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Ensure all testing equipment is properly configured and operational before testing.
Monitor test logs during drive testing and identify potential data-quality issues.
Perform log file sanity checks to ensure collected data is complete and usable.
Support post-processing and analysis of collected drive test data.
Prepare and review drive test reports and testing documentation.
Travel frequently to different site locations based on project requirements.
Follow established safety, testing, and field-work procedures.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a field-based environment and travel frequently between site locations.
Ability to work extended periods inside a vehicle while performing drive testing.
Ability to safely handle and set up drive test equipment, scanners, phones, and testing kits.
Flexibility to work at different locations based on project requirements.
