Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Technical Lead to drive the architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe Experience Cloud applications. This role will focus on enabling real-time customer engagement, integrating Workfront and AEM Assets (DAM) with AEP, and building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the Adobe ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), along with strong experience in integration architecture and content supply chain automation.
Key Responsibilities
AEP Platform Leadership
- Act as the technical SME for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Drive adoption of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
- Lead implementation of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design scalable solutions integrating Workfront and AEM Assets (DAM) with AEP
- Architect end-to-end customer journey and content orchestration workflows
- Define best practices for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
Integration Management
- Oversee APIs, data flows, and integrations between AEP modules and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Veeva Vault)
- Ensure seamless data ingestion, transformation, and activation across platforms
Operational Excellence
- Troubleshoot complex issues in AJO, CJA, and AEP environments
- Perform root cause analysis and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
Innovation & Strategy
- Stay current with Adobe product roadmap and new capabilities
- Recommend improvements for real-time personalization and engagement strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets (DAM)
- Strong experience in API integrations and data flows
- Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries
- Knowledge of content supply chain and digital asset workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration tools
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and personalization strategies
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
