Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Tampa, FL (100% on-site)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Fulfillment team. This role supports the supply chain by ensuring sales orders are entered, managed, and tracked through successful fulfillment.
This is a contract-to-hire role. You will learn our SAP processes and take ownership of the order lifecycle, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance and business need.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end order management: Own sales orders from entry in SAP through shipment and fulfillment.
* Fulfillment coordination: Identify and resolve order issues that could delay customer delivery.
* Systems integrity: Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and order changes (target: ?99%) to support on-time execution.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Planning, and Logistics to confirm requirements, resolve constraints, and meet delivery dates.
* Reporting & tracking: Use Microsoft Excel to monitor open orders and provide status updates on priority fulfillments within agreed timelines.

Candidate Requirements
* Technical aptitude: Comfortable learning new systems and workflows; prior exposure to SAP or another ERP is a plus.
* Excel skills: Able to filter/sort data and use basic formulas (e.g., SUMIF, COUNTIF) to track order progress.
* Relevant experience (preferred): 0-2 years in order entry, customer operations, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
* Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally to coordinate across departments as needed.
* On-site requirement: Able to work on-site in our Tampa, FL office daily.
* Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred (or equivalent experience).
