Job Details

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager based in Philadelphia, PA supporting a growing organization focused on building and enhancing customer-facing products. The role centers on owning product requirements from initial concept through delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that directly impact end users.

This role is perfect for a product leader who loves owning the "why" behind the product. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical execution-shaping product direction from the ground up. The organization is looking for someone who can think strategically, dive deep when needed, and confidently collaborate with large, complex teams. You'll gain visibility, influence product outcomes, and have room to grow while working on meaningful, customer-driven initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Identify, define, and own product requirements from initial concept through delivery
  • Analyze existing processes and assess their impact on end customers
  • Create new approaches and solutions to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development
  • Translate customer behavior and needs into actionable product requirements
  • Participate in technical discussions to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Ensure delivered products meet business goals and customer expectations

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role
  • Proven experience owning product requirements from concept through delivery
  • Strong ability to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Experience translating business and customer insights into clear product requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with large, cross-functional organizations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to dive deep into technical considerations when required

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience improving or redesigning existing processes and workflows
  • Background working on customer-facing or enterprise-scale products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams
  • Familiarity with Agile or similar product development methodologies
