Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce development and support activities. The ideal candidate will lead the development team, provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. This role will primarily focus on ecosystem troubleshooting, development support, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all technical aspects of the Salesforce development team.

• Provide architectural guidance and make key design decisions for Salesforce solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support development engineering tasks and product releases.

• Triage and resolve high-priority production incidents (P1/MINC) with quick turnaround.

• Review technical deliverables and conduct code reviews.

• Identify potential technical design risks and propose appropriate solutions.

• Work closely with project managers to assess level of effort (LOE) and technical feasibility.

• Document detailed technical solutions and maintain technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to align on scalable solutions.

• Support deployments using Copado QA and provide support across sandbox and production environments.

• Execute data loads and mass data updates using Data Loader when required.

• Ensure all deliverables follow Salesforce best practices and standards.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Apex

• Salesforce Visualforce

• Salesforce architecture and development best practices

• Experience leading Salesforce development teams

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Preferred Skills:

• Copado deployment experience

• Salesforce data migration and integration experience

• Experience working in Agile environments

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background

• Proven experience in Salesforce technical leadership roles
