Description: Hybrid at Headquarters, Pensacola or Winchester
6 month contract
Max Bill Rates per location based on 5-10 Years of Experience:
GPO: $97/hr
Winchester: $99/hr
HQ: $108/hr
Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various types of projects within the HR department. This role requires a strong foundation in various types of project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with HR strategic goals. Individuals that have HR experience and/or experience leading Scrum/Agile teams (Scrum,
Kanban) is a plus. Specific HR experience with preboarding activities (after offer acceptance and before Day 1) would be a plus for this person, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion (this includes technology,
business process, and/or operational projects).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, as needed.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in project management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,
Waterfall). Knowledge of using ADO is a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all
levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
