Job Summary

We are seeking an Expert iOS Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our development team on a full-time contract basis in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality native iOS applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.

• Build scalable, high-performance, and maintainable mobile applications.

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust iOS solutions.

• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develop reusable components and clean, well-structured code.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into iOS applications.

• Implement modern iOS UI/UX following Apple's design and development guidelines.

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.

• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

• Identify and resolve application defects and production issues.

• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers when needed.

• Stay current with evolving iOS technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional iOS/mobile application development experience.

• Strong expertise in Swift and native iOS development.

• Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple development frameworks.

• Extensive experience building and deploying production-grade iOS applications.

• Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, networking, and third-party SDK integrations.

• Proficiency with Xcode, Git, and iOS debugging/profiling tools.

• Strong understanding of iOS application lifecycle, memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.

• Experience writing unit and UI tests.

• Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Swift Concurrency, async/await, Combine, and Swift Package Manager.

• Experience developing applications using SwiftUI.

• Experience with Core Data, Core Location, Push Notifications, and Keychain.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile application release processes.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or consumer-facing mobile applications.

• Experience publishing and managing applications through App Store Connect.
