Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Design plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, education, and government buildings
+ Layout systems including sanitary, grease, domestic water, hot water, storm, compressed air, and gas piping
+ Coordinate with engineers, architects, and internal teams
+ Review drawings from vendors and clients and recommend changes
+ Research and apply applicable plumbing codes
+ Communicate with city, state, and county officials as needed
+ Participate in site visits and client meetings
+ Troubleshoot design challenges and ensure accuracy in deliverables

Qualifications -

+ 2+ years of plumbing design experience within an MEP consulting environment
+ Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
+ Proficiency in Revit required
+ AutoCAD experience preferred
+ Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
+ Strong communication and coordination skills
+ Ability to work in office full time
+ Professional demeanor and ability to handle fast paced project environments

Compensation -

+ Up to $100K depending on experience
+ Non degreed candidates eligible for hourly pay with overtime
+ Degreed engineers offered salaried structure
