Job Title: Test Architect – Mainframe Healthcare Claims
Location: USA Remote
Experience: 10–14 years (8–12 years relevant)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Architect to define and lead end-to-end test strategy and architecture for mainframe-based healthcare claims applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, test automation, and healthcare claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define test strategy, frameworks, automation, and regression testing approaches.
  • Validate complex claims data using DB2 SQL and IMS.
  • Manage test data, test environments, and quality standards.
  • Guide teams in testing claim intake, adjudication, adjustments, and payment workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality releases.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and mainframe testing tools.
  • Expertise in healthcare claims processing and DB2 SQL validation.
  • Experience with TSO/ISPF, File-AID, SPUFI, CICS, and JIRA/ALM.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and mainframe automation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
