Compensation : $50 – $55/hr on W2 or $55 – $60/hr on Corp-to-Corp (All-Inclusive)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with Healthcare and/or Benefits domain expertise to support onsite initiatives in Dallas, TX. The selected candidate will partner with business, technology, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions supporting healthcare, insurance, and employee benefits platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and enhancement
- Gather and analyze business, healthcare, and benefits requirements
- Create and maintain product roadmaps,, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, compliance, and business teams
- Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory needs, and customer impact
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare and benefits regulations (HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Track KPIs, user feedback, and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Healthcare and/or Benefits domain experience (insurance, claims, enrollment, eligibility, billing, EHR/EMR, HR benefits platforms, etc.)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of SDLC and product delivery processes
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payer systems, benefits administration, or health insurance platforms
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and healthcare data standards
- Experience working with third-party vendors and integrations
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar are a plus
