Full-Time Salaried Opportunity

On-site travel to various Nashville-area locations required

We are seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Trainer to support front-end revenue cycle operations across multiple clinics in the Nashville market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, workflow optimization, and improving patient access processes within Epic.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training programs for front-end staff
Train teams on workqueue management including eligibility, authorizations, scheduling, referrals, and patient workflows
Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and at-the-elbow training sessions
Create and maintain training materials, workflow guides, and job aids
Promote standardized workflows and identify operational improvement opportunities
Educate staff on how front-end actions impact claims accuracy, reimbursement, denials, and rework
Partner with clinic leadership, revenue cycle teams, and Epic analysts to support onboarding and ongoing education

Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Epic Patient Access / Front-End Revenue Cycle OR Epic Cadence / Prelude super user, trainer, or lead role
Hands-on experience with Epic Cadence and/or Prelude
Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor staff
Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Epic Certification or Credentialing in Cadence or Prelude
Experience with workqueues and denial prevention strategies
Knowledge of payer rules, medical necessity, and authorization requirements
