Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in Workday integration development and technical system engineering.
Proficiency in Workday Extend for building custom applications and complex orchestration flows.
Experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Experience in BIRT design and advanced reporting for document outputs and data visualization.
Experience with Web Services including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT transformations.
Experience in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence functional data structures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy end-to-end Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, and Cloud Connectors.
Develop custom enterprise applications and orchestration logic within the Workday Extend platform.
Implement complex data transformation logic utilizing XML, JSON, XSLT, and calculated fields.
Design advanced BIRT report layouts and technical solutions based on business requirements.
Integrate Workday with external third-party systems using secure REST and SOAP API endpoints.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and testing environments to optimize performance.
Maintain technical documentation including data mappings, workflow artifacts, and integration specifications.
