Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant
Experience Required: 12+ Years
Location: California (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Workday Payroll implementations for US and Canada payroll.
Configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
Ensure compliance with US federal, state, local and Canada payroll regulations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors for seamless payroll processing.
Handle payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and go-live support.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-production support.
Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, and reconciliations.
Support upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in Workday.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of overall payroll experience with strong exposure to Workday Payroll.
Proven experience in US and Canada payroll processing.
In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and related modules.
Experience working in hybrid/on-site environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
