Pay Range: $80 - $82 /hour., Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Microsoft Project, Scheduling and Planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft Project to develop, maintain, and update dynamic project schedules
- Strategic scheduling and planning
- Experience in coordinating multi-departmental projects, resolving scheduling conflicts, and implementing process improvements to meet deadlines
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proven success in working with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project integration and timely completion
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze project performance, forecast potential delays, and proactively develop contingency plans
