Job Description:
 We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting and operational data. The ideal candidate will analyze device-related incident data, identify trends, and create actionable insights using Power BI and Excel.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from incident reports, ServiceNow tickets, and end-user devices

• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

• Work with data from Microsoft platforms, Azure, and ServiceNow

• Generate actionable insights for business and operations teams

• Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and KPIs

• Support automation and reporting initiatives using Microsoft tools

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI and Excel

• Experience analyzing large datasets and reporting trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and reporting tools

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI or AI-powered analytics tools

• Experience with Power Automate

• Experience analyzing device, incident, or operational data
