Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred. Experience may be considered in place of education requirement.

Brief Description of Work:

The Program Manager (PM) III is authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this Task Order, including the authority to bind the Contractor. The PM III provides overall management of the MACC-TTE to include directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel, executing and monitoring all program activities, tracking performance metrics, managing scope, cost, and schedule, and leading high-level engagements with Senior State and National leaders.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry experience working with Senior level DoD personnel.
  • Senior level DoD experience explicitly defined as military field grade officer or above, senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above, or a DoD civilian at a pay grade of GS13 or higher.
  • Minimum of two (5) years of experience managing Cyber range or IT / OT Technology Programs.
  • Proven experience tracking project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, schedule, and cost, performing evaluations of existing processes, and recommending strategic improvements.
  • Working knowledge of all associated platform support and hardware associated with a DoD Cyber Test Range.
Desired Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports and brief Senior State and National-level Leaders.
  • Experience representing operational units at various national level working groups and planning conferences.
  • Ability to rapidly develop project-related documentation and seamlessly implement lessons learned architecture.
