We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Transportation systems. This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs that support logistics operations, distribution centers, and retail networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large, multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope and timelines
• Own end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation
• Drive delivery of enterprise systems supporting WMS, OMS, Inventory, and PLM
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, transportation, and operations teams
• Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
• Track and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve risks in mission-critical environments
• Support automation, modernization, and cost-optimization initiatives
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for program tracking
Required Qualifications:
• 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management
• Strong experience with Supply Chain / Logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Inventory, PLM)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and vendors
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Retail or E-commerce domain
• Exposure to Distribution Centers and Transportation systems
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
