Enablement Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills of Market Managers and Account Executives.
• Manage and optimize the learning management system, ensuring content is engaging and accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective training solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to identify gaps in training and improve program effectiveness.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
• Proficiency in managing learning management systems and creating engaging training content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in L&D or enablement roles.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
• Background in hospitality or marketplace business models.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
