Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Administer and optimize the enterprise Workfront platform, including configurations, governance, user access, workflows, and system maintenance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide operational insights and support business decision-making.
- Deliver user onboarding, training, documentation, and Tier 2 platform support while promoting platform adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, implement platform enhancements, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience administering Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise work management platforms, including platform governance, reporting, user support, and process optimization.

Technical Skills
|
Adobe Workfront Administration, Workfront Planning, Dashboard & Report Development, Platform Configuration, Data Governance, AEM Sites, AI Feature Enablement, Tier 2 Support

Business / Domain Skills
|
Platform Governance, Stakeholder Management, User Training & Enablement, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Project Coordination

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification or equivalent platform certification.
- Experience with enterprise change management, AI feature adoption, and Workfront Planning implementations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills with experience supporting large enterprise environments.
