We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Advanced level) to support operations for a legacy MMIS system within a large healthcare enterprise environment.
The selected candidate will support operational activities including reporting, analytics, system support, testing, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams
Support legacy MMIS and related subsystems
Develop, retrieve, and distribute operational reports and datasets
Translate business requirements into system requirements
Perform and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Review QA/UAT results and document defects
Monitor vendor requests and coordinate issue resolution
Support Medicaid Data Match processes
Identify risks and escalate operational issues
Interact with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
1+ years of experience supporting MMIS Legacy systems
1+ years of experience with Medicaid claims and provider operations
Experience with Medicaid eligibility and/or enrollment systems
Strong healthcare IT Business Analysis experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Footprints, SharePoint
Preferred Skills:
MMIS Operations SME experience
Data analysis experience (SAS, Excel Advanced, reporting tools)
Strong documentation and analytical skills
