Pay Range: $25 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate required to work: Monday to Thursday Friday, 9 – 5:30 PM
- The position of Payment Specialist 1 is responsible for working with the Payments Team to manage all aspects of the credit, debit, and ATM Only card programs.
- In addition, this position monitors the various ATMs rented by the Credit Union and ensures they are operational and have sufficient cash.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with set deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
- Account Experience desired .
- 3 – 5 years of banking or credit union experience
- 3 – 5 years of member/customer relations experience.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency.
