About the Role

We’re supporting a large-scale Oracle transformation program that is currently in a critical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of business-side UAT and go-live readiness. This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure the new system is fully tested, aligned to business needs, and ready for a successful launch.

This is not a traditional PM role—you’ll need to think strategically while also executing day-to-day testing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and own UAT end-to-end from the business side
• Drive:
  • Test planning and execution
  • Defect tracking and resolution
  • Business validation and sign-off
• Coordinate across business and IT teams to ensure alignment
• Help define future-state business processes, especially around:
  • Inventory
  • Financials
  • Merchandising workflows
• Ensure the business is fully prepared for go-live:
  • Training (including train-the-trainer sessions)
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Policies and procedures
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Proven experience owning UAT end-to-end on large enterprise implementations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle systems, including:
  • Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
  • Stock Ledger / inventory and financial processes
• Strong understanding of how systems impact:
  • Inventory management
  • Financial operations
  • Retail workflows
• Experience leading large, complex testing efforts with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate at both:
  • Strategic (executive communication, planning)
  • Tactical (day-to-day execution)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Retail industry experience (e.g., convenience, grocery, or large-scale retail)
• Consulting background (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)
• Experience with:
  • Business process design / transformation
  • Change management and business readiness
  • Training program development
