Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid | M-F 7am-3:30pm)Our client is growing their Service Desk team and looking for a reliable, customer-focused IT professional ready to take on a high-impact support role.
Required Skills- 1+ year of Helpdesk/Service Desk experience
- Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
What You'll Do- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user issues
- Handle networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Triage high-impact incidents
- Work with management on process improvements and documentation
- Manage small technical projects
- Translate complex IT issues into simple explanations
Schedule & Hybrid Details- Hybrid: Onsite daily except remote Fridays
- After 90 days, strong performers may work 2 days remote/week
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- 3-week onsite training
Expectations- Strong attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
- Weekly attendance and performance reports provided
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25/hr.
