Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite (Mon-Thu), Friday remote
About the RoleWe are seeking a
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join a dynamic Information Security team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills, a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting cybersecurity governance initiatives, managing projects, and contributing to risk management processes. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge security practices and opportunities for career growth in areas like
Application Security and
Vulnerability Management.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage cybersecurity-related projects.
- Maintain and enhance cyber metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Assist with client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and external assurance requests.
- Prepare internal reports and presentation materials for leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of GRC outputs.
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation across cybersecurity workstreams.
Required Skills- 1-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or IT Risk Management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles.
Preferred Certifications- CompTIA Security+
- CRISC
- PMP (or similar)
Additional Qualifications- Ambitious and articulate, with a desire to grow into advanced security domains.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite collaboration.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
