Job Title: Software Developer 2   IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo (CAFM)
 Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)
Location: Texas
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Texas HHSC is seeking an experienced Software Developer 2 with strong expertise in IBM TRIRIGA (Version 10) and Maximo CAFM to provide application development, optimization, upgrade, and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide development and optimization support for IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM

Configure and enhance dimensions, business rules, workflows, and processes

Support TRIRIGA application upgrades and content migration

Develop and modify BIRT reports
```

Improve system performance and data model alignment

Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams

Required Experience:

```
7+ years as a Facilities Manager
```

5+ years working on IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo (minimum 1 contract)

4+ years experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10

Preferred:

Experience as Workplace Reservation Manager

```
Experience as Real Estate Manager
```
