As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive high-impact initiatives across platforms and product ecosystems. You will lead programs ranging from deep technical improvements to the implementation of tools, processes, and metrics. Your focus will be on standardization, execution efficiency, and consistency, while managing dependencies, evaluating technical risks, and ensuring accountability. Clear communication with executive stakeholders will be central to your success.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives: Drive large-scale programs to build new products and platforms.
- Manage program lifecycle: Oversee planning, execution, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Executive communication: Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership.
- Agile leadership: Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Operational excellence: Drive cost efficiency and process improvements across the organization.
- Data-driven decision making: Use metrics and narratives to create clarity and guide decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale migrations, integrations, and cross-team initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven reporting.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (containerization, microservices, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of AWS, cloud architectures, and security frameworks.
Experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP, EPM).
- Background in managing initiatives within large-scale systems in rapid growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings with a self-driven mindset
