Position: Senior UI/UX Consultant with Capital Markets Applications

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Consultant with extensive experience in delivering pixel-perfect, intuitive user interfaces for capital markets applications using React. The ideal candidate will possess an obsessive attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex financial workflows, ensuring optimal usability and performance in high-pressure trading environments.

Responsibilities:

* Own and deliver pixel-perfect UI/UX for capital markets applications, focusing on field alignment, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.

* Design and implement seamless interaction models for complex financial workflows, including trading, order management, and risk views.

* Optimize front-end performance for real-time data-heavy screens, ensuring smooth rendering and low latency.

* Collaborate closely with traders, business analysts, and product owners to smooth rendering and low latency.

* Collaborate closely with traders, business analysts, and product owners to translate nuanced requirements into high-performance front-end solutions.

* Build reusable, scalable component libraries with a strong focus on consistency, accessibility, and design system governance.

* Demonstrate extreme ownership of UI quality by proactively identifying and fixing inconsistencies in behavior, responsiveness, and cross-browser rendering.

Mandatory Skills:

* Expertise in React and front-end development.

* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly in financial applications.

* Proven experience in optimizing front-end performance for real-time applications.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with design system governance and component library development.

* Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

* Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
