Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead and manage end-to-end data center construction and infrastructure programs, including ground-up and brownfield projects.
- Oversee all phases from planning, construction, commissioning, through to project turnover in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Drive onsite execution, coordinating with general contractors, trades, OEMs, cabling, and security vendors.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination, rack and stack, cabling, power, cooling, and installation readiness.
- Own the commissioning process (L1 L5), ensuring quality assurance, quality control, and smooth operational handoff.
- Enforce strict safety standards, compliance requirements, and site protocols.
- Provide clear and timely project reporting, status updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
- Act as a polished, high-energy, business-facing leader with top-tier communication and leadership skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Fortune 500 or hyperscale/cloud data center environments, ideally with a Silicon Valley or cutting-edge technology background (e.g., Tesla).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and thrive under pressure.
