A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Generative AI Developer – Python Backend.
Position type: Contract
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid-3 Days Onsite)
As a Generative AI Developer – Python Backend, you will:
Role Summary
We are seeking a strong Python backend engineer to build low-latency, production-grade APIs and integrate Generative AI (LLMs) into scalable applications.
This is not a data science or research role.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• 8-10 years of Advanced Python – application or framework development
• Strong OOP – clean design, reusable components
• FastAPI and/or Flask – production REST APIs; Async vs sync execution
• Low-latency system development & API performance tuning
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Git / Bitbucket – PRs, branching, code reviews

• Redis / distributed caching
• MongoDB or in-memory databases
• Performance tuning and scalability improvements
• Generative AI / LLM integration in backend services

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/hr - $70/hr on W2.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
