In this hands-on role, you'll work with cutting-edge hardware and network infrastructure, supporting the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, racks, cabling, and critical IT equipment inside a state-of-the-art data center environment. What You'll Do

• Install, rack, stack, cable, and deploy servers, switches, and other data center equipment.
• Perform equipment startups, shutdowns, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and infrastructure issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure equipment, cabling, labeling, and grounding meet operational and safety standards.
• Support structured cabling installations and network infrastructure projects.
• Follow established procedures for documenting, reporting, and escalating issues.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and engineering teams to support data center operations.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience supporting IT hardware, network equipment, or low-voltage cabling.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, secure environment.
• Flexibility to support occasional weekends, holidays, or off-hours work.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
