Power Platform Tech Lead/Banking Backgrond

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Tech Lead with extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and a strong background in banking and lending operations. This individual will lead the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions, drive digital transformation initiatives, facilitate business requirements gathering, and build intelligent, AI-powered workflows using Microsoft's low-code platform.

Enterprise Automation

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Modernize and migrate existing automation solutions while integrating with Azure services, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and third-party APIs.
• Build intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.

Solution Governance

• Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, role-based security (RBAC), auditing, and compliance standards.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and adherence to organizational best practices.

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and citizen developers by promoting reusable components, coding standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and external vendors to define requirements and prioritize deliverables.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively while balancing business needs, timelines, and technical constraints.

Architecture & Integration

• Collaborate with enterprise architects to design secure, scalable, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and support integrations with Azure Functions, REST APIs, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.

Risk & Delivery Management

• Assess project risks, dependencies, and change requests across multiple initiatives.
• Support release planning, deployment strategies, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise automation and digital transformation solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience within the Banking, Lending, or Financial Services domain.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing custom connectors and advanced integrations using C#, JavaScript, or Python is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
