Job Title – Sr. Director, HR Operations

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina ( 4 days in Office )

Qualifications:

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or other complex, fast-growing environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or MBA preferred. 

15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems. 

Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance. 

Proven ability to scale HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment. 

Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 

Experience leading and developing senior-level teams. 

Client – Screening Questions

1 – Does the candidate have at least 15 years of progressive experience with subject matter expertise in Total Rewards (Comp & Benefits), Systems (HRIS, Payroll systems implementation and optimization), and HR audit & Compliance?

2- Does the candidate have at least 10 years of HR Leadership experience at or above the Director level?
Is the candidate local to the Charlotte, NC metro area?

3- This role requires a candidate to be in office 4 days each week and permits remote work 1 day a week. Is this acceptable to the candidate?

4- Has the candidate led HR Operations in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment?
