Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of business workflows using Camunda BPM.
Model and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Design and implement process orchestration and workflow automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems, APIs, and microservices.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for BPM architecture and implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and process performance issues.
Support process monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document technical designs, workflows, and architecture standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM Platform.
Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0, workflow design, and orchestration.
Experience with Camunda Modeler, Camunda Engine, and REST APIs.
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience integrating Camunda with enterprise applications and APIs.
Strong understanding of process automation and workflow optimization.
Experience with process monitoring and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Experience in Finance domain.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
